These are the official shipping policies of

  • Free Shipping is only available domestically (United States Only).
  • All orders are processed for shipment within 3-10 business days of order being placed. If there is any order delay you will be contacted by our support team.

  • USPS Priority
  • USPS Express
  • USPS International First Class
  • USPS International Priority
  • For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, UNLESS you contact customer support & inform us otherwise.
  • You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt, UNLESS expedited shipping was requested. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

The first thing you should do is make contact with our customer support team as soon as you realized you are on a unwanted subscription so they can cancel all further subscriptions. After cancelling out your subscription, the customer support representative will then generate a “RMA” for your specific case to ensure we document & look out for your return package, so we can que you in for a full refund. At this point you can now refuse the package so you are no longer responsible for the shipping cost. In the case that you’ve already opened the package, unfortunately we do not send out shipping labels in ANY case, shipping cost will have to be covered by sender.
