Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, we have an automatic emailing system. We will send a confirmation email that has a summary of your order and the amount paid. If you don’t see it after ten minutes, check your spam folder.
What does "Not Available" mean?
This means that the item is either on back-order or has been discontinued. If the item has been discontinued you will be contacted to switch the size, style and/or color.

How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders have a typical processing time of 3 business days, but can take up to 5 depending on stock.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders ship First class, Priority or Express. All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my order does not arrive?
Please make sure you enter your correct, full address when ordering; we can only spot incorrect addresses in limited countries. Contact us immediately at help@futritious.com or LiveChat if your order does not arrive or to change an address, and we will be happy to assist you.
I cancelled my subscription, but im still receiveing product and do not want to cover shipping cost! What do I do?

The first thing you should do is make contact with our customer support team as soon as you realized you are on a unwanted subscription so they can cancel all further subscriptions. After cancelling out your subscription, the customer support representative will then generate a “RMA” for your specific case to ensure we document & look out for your return package.  At this point you can now refuse the package so you are no longer responsible for the shipping cost, as soon as the product is returned & processed back in our facility we will que you in for a full refund. In the case that you’ve already opened the package, unfortunately we do not send out shipping labels in ANY case, shipping cost will have to be covered by sender.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I make a return?

We offer a 90 Day money back guarantee after receipt of product(please see below for guarantee specifics) for all products. You MUST contact our support team to receive a refund authorization. Exchanges, must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. For replacements we offer a Lifetime replacement for a small fee.

How our 90 Day Return Guarantee Works?
Customer may only return 1 empty bottle per 30 days since the date of purchase for a total of 3 empty bottles. All other products will needs to be unopened in original packaging to be returned for a refund.
For Example:
Customer buys 3 bottles and returns after one month. We will ONLY accept 1 empty bottle and 2 unopened bottles.
Another Example:
Customer buys 6 bottles and returns in month 3. We will accept 3 opened bottles and 3 unopened bottles.
Any “opened” bottles outside of these guidelines will not be accepted for a refund.
